The OIG conducted a City-Wide Risk Assessment in 2019 and 2020. Based on those risk-assessment procedures, the OIG included OPCD among the top ten riskiest entities within the City. The OIG determined this risk partially as a result of concerns raised by external auditors in OPCD’s 2018 and 2019 Annual Financial Reports and the accompanying Agreed Upon Procedures.
